What are some job interview questions that help gage the honesty and work ethic of a prospective employee?
Q. The company I work for is looking to hire a new sales person. The qualities they really want to find is someone with a really good work ethic, who is very honest. I have heard of a "test" that some places use that poses questions to judge the honesty of an individual, but I don't remember what the test is called. Can anyone think of some questions that might be good to ask? Thanks in advance!

Why has honesty in a relationship become such a foreign concept?
Q. I have read countless questions on here, and in almost all cases simple honesty would fix their problem. Why has honesty become so difficult for people? Playing games in relationships leads to pain every time. I am at a loss as to why people can't see this.

How to put integrity, honesty, and values back into people?
Q. I recently misworded a question (I said morals instead of values) and it was perceived pretty roughtly. So I'll start fresh. How can we help Americans to gain back their integrity, honesty, and honor? Should parents be expecting more from their children, helping them out less? There is very clearly a lack of something in Americans. What do you think it is, and how do we get 'it' back?

Rudeness is the thoughtless lack of consideration for others feelings, disassociation from societal morays and values, and an asocial perspective of interpersonal communication. Judgement of another is really a personal opinion isn't it. If a person were to walk into a room with a horrible haircut or an ugly outfit...wouldn't it still be honest to say: That's a very unique hairstyle; I'm not sure it's pleasing to me. or Your outfit is very different.
